PH min
Aqua Silver pH min reduces the acidity of the pond water in a safe way. The optimal pH value is between 7,0-7,5, test the water on a regular basis and correct the pH value when it’s too high. We advise to reduce the pH as gradually as possible. Never reduce with more then 1 unit within 24 hours. A correct KH value (6-10°DH) is essential to stabilize the pH. Check the KH value of the water and correct if necessary with Aqua Silver KH+. Since the effect of PH min depends on the KH value of the water we advise to dose with care on the initial dosage. Maximum 1 ml per 5 liters of pond water this equals 50 ml per 1.000 liters. When the results are not satisfactory repeat dosage the next day. For safe use, do not use when KH is under 6°DH. Store dry in a dark place between 4-32°C. When swallowed consult a doctor and show this bottle or label. Keep out of reach of children. Read instructions before use.
Filter Start Bacteria Gel
Aqua Silver Filter Start Bacteria Gel contains a very high concentration of living nitrifying bacteria. Each millilitre contains over 800.000 of these bacteria. Nitrifying bacteria are responsible for optimum filter performance in biological filtration for ponds, their function will create a healthy environment for fish and plants. By using Aqua Silver Filter Start Bacteria Gel you can either establish a colony of bacteria in reduced time or maintain the colony in existing filters. Directions for use: In case of filter start-up or raised ammonia and/or nitrite values: 5o ml per 1.000 litre of water. After cleaning the filter or after water changes: 25 ml per 1.000 litres of water. Maintenance: 25 ml per 1.000 litres of water each month. Temperature of the water should be at least 10°C, if temperature is below 10°C dosage should be doubled. The cap contains 15 ml. Apply the GEL to the filter material, the water circulation should be stopped while the filter is properly aerated for 12 hours. After 12 hours start water circulation but keep UV and ozone equipment switched off for at least 24 hours. Store frost free and out of reach of children. Best before: See bottle.
Sludge Buster - sludge remover and maintenance
The Heterotrophic bacteria in Aqua Silver Sludge Buster will decompose organic waste in a natural manner, for instance sludge on the bottom of your pond, in your filter and the layer of dust which forms on the underwater plants. A thick layer of organic waste on the bottom of your pond cannot be removed by simple adding Sludge Buster, however it is essential to avoid the build up of such a layer, regular use prevents this and keeps your pond healthy. In addition research has discovered that Heterotrophic bacteria play an important role in maintaining the bio film is your filter, so also there Sludge Buster has a useful effect. Directions for use: First use or removing a build-up layer of sludge: Weekly 25 ml per 1.000 litres of water, until the desired effect have been achieved. For maintenance: 25 ml per 1.000 litres of water, every month. Shake well before use. The temperature of the water should be al least 10°C, when used at lower temperatures dosage should be doubled. The cap contains 15 ml. Equipment such as UV or Ozone generators must be switched off for 24 hours after application. Use before date: See print on bottle. Aqua Silver Pondrex Probiotica is a probiotic, which consists of selected lactic acid bacteria and enzymes. This product supports the health of the fish in a natural manner. Although many aspects of these bacteria are still not yet fully understood, field tests have proven that regular use have significant positive effects on the health and condition of the fish.
